I wish we could.
We can accrue it over time, but only so much, otherwise we lose it.

 

It was that way at ups so you would take a week or two and sell a week or two back

 

It has it's upsides. I get beat on a lil time to time because they know I'll say yes but it has it's perks. When I was on the linehaul I got the newest truck with a 10 speed. When I deliver I always get a brand new trailer and get to pick my truck before they start handing them out to everyone else. If I need a day off they don't give me the pity speech....it has it's advantages.

 

I had to think about it again. Technically we too CAN cash ours out. But not in one lump sum.
We can only do it a couple hours per period.
They PREFER that we USE them. I prefer to use them too.

But that's just me.
I use them to go deer hunting for a week, or take a week in the summer with the wife and kids.
