Hey guys, did or does Schneider have a safety bonus program? I remember the fuel compliance and economy metrics stuff but can't for the life of me remember if there was any sort of safety bonus when I was there.

 

If you have a preventable - no bonus. No ifs, no ands, no bububububu - no bonus.

Too many critical events, or bad inspections, or log violations the dbl can pull the bonus as well.

So sorta, but not really.

 

Thanks. I'm assuming it is based on mileage? The reason I ask is because the bossman was looking for ideas to install a safety bonus incentive and was asking what our prior employers did and I completely blanked. I think that getting a solid paycheck in full and on time is enough to make me not hit #### and want to do a good job but we have a had a recent rash of incidents and trying to come up with some ideas.

 

How long does Schneider store our log books? And how do we access them?

 

6 months.
Log into compass and search "logs" and you will find the instructions. Ir if you are on the PS ELD you can email them from the tablet.

 

Perhaps it's the drivers booty size that's killing air bags....lol
