    They don’t require hazmat, ever noticed them being to job site, no placards, even the guy who pumps them out is not placarded.
    It’s like used engine oil, it’s messy and nasty but ok.
    The natural fertilizer.

    Based upon your description of the vehicle, a CDL is NOT required to operate it.

    it’s just waste permits needed not hazmat, and tanker of over 1000 gallons which I doubt on a pick up

    Just a suggestion as I'm not a doc but if at all possible, see a chiropractor. Somebody's insurance should pay for it.
