I have hypertension which I take measures for. But I just passed today for the 3rd time ( in 3 years). Whoelse gets nervous as heck for that time of year?

    I get excited about going!
Thinking maybe this time they’ll tell me “You can’t drive anymore”

I got nervous also, which makes hypertension worse. Managed to pass anyway after a couple of tries.

You would be told that if you simply stopped going.

Not sure if it's a doctor of your choice or one a company sends you to. For me, I found a doctor I can joke and kid a little with in between parts of the exams. At a previous company that used a different doctor, I had their whole staff in an upbeat mood and got in and out in a jiffy with a 2 yr card. The next driver was stone cold serious and tense...he had to come back because his bp was high, and then when he did pass, he only got a 1 yr card

Then the Mrs would find out. I don’t want to get her upset, she watches all those forensic murder type shows. I’m sure by now she knows how to get rid of me without a trace :)

I get nervous. I am on a prescription that a doctor said I needed a release from my doctor for. That person no longer does DOT now though. New DOT doc said I didn't need the release. So, it's up to some quack whether or not you need a special release for some drug that is not listed as requiring one with DOT.

When they ask for a release they are just shifting the liability to the prescriber. They can do it for absolutely any medication you were prescribed.
I personally just use a chiropractor for my physical. Just hope he doesn’t retire before I do.

I could understand if it was something like an anti-depressant, but this drug is a biologic that I am on for a skin condition I have. Crazy stupid that other doc wanted the release. Also only gave me a 1 year card then. First time and so far last time that has happened to me.
