Complaining. Hates it that much he would leave.

 

So we have another one here who is complaining about someone else complaining!

Ya gotta love the noob who ABSOLUTELY knows it's better everywhere else. "Kindergarten is a joke I should be ready to graduate college cuz I'm too good to crawl with the larva before I soar with the eagles."

 

Well somehow I didn't get the message before I joined with them, so I'm trying to help others avoid this.

I am leaving… As soon as I have experience. It doesn't do me any good to go with another company and sit in a trainer's truck for six weeks making half what I'm making now.

To anybody who has come here to be helpful: thank you. To everybody else, I pray for you. I don't know why it's so much fun to laugh at other people having a hard time, but we're all human and we all deserve to be treated decently. Swift deserves to be out of business. It's small minded people like you that keep companies like Swift in business. Owner operators complain about bad business people who don't know what they're doing driving down rates because they run cheap freight. Well I'm complaining about drivers who lay down and take this crap and tell companies like Swift it's OK to treat people like this. It's not. Take a look in the mirror. If you have posted anything demeaning or belittling, you are part of the problem. We all need each other here. Grow up, stop acting like a school bully, and either say something helpful or go find another thread to troll.

 

I've been with Swift for 80 years. Best company I've ever worked for. All the others I worked for for the 250 years I've been driving (I'm 350 years old) were bottom feeders in comparison. Honestly, can't say enough about how great Swift is!

- Wanna take a few days off to bark at the moon? No problem!

- Need to take a leave of absence every 3 months when I turn into a bat and can't drive? No problem!

- Great loads on the dedicated Walmart run to Transylvania and back.

- All the Werner necks I can stomach at the Flying J
