I never understand why you guys pay the tickets? Hire an attorney from the city where the courthouse is and 9 out of 10 times it's dismissed.

It will cost you $3-400, but for Christ sake, you won't be unemployed posting on TTR asking what you should do next.

Fire up that resume, and hope for the best...it's mainly insurance companies stating the rules if you wanna be honest about it....it just disguised under the
    cloak of the truck companies

I've spoken with the company I drive for and they don't care to know or have anyone report to them a warning, a ticket yes a warning no. I was surprised, and this is the Compliance Dept which is part of the Safety Dept. Just wanted to share this in case someone was wondering and maybe stressing about it.

Well........ I'm not going to say I'm surprised by this turn of events.

And that's where I'll leave it.

Swift is in the processs of trimming down the driver fleet by the thousands. The first ones to go are the quote unquote unsafest ones. Another driver who has a perfect driving record was recently let go from Swift because the in dash driver camera caught him backing into a spot with not seatbelt. You see Swift is using any excuse possible to fire drivers right now. It's not personal, it is a business thing for them. They are trying to do it quietly but we all know what is really going on.

While they may not have a "quota", like 3 tickets per hour or 20 tickets per day" officers are certainly required to actually work, and are expected to perform. They can't just sit in a patrol car and do nothing.
