Greetings all.
Been owner operator for 4 years now with 2012 volvo d13 engine . Last month my truck started overheating every 30 min buzzer sounds and guages pass over 210f after slowing my speed from 65mph to 30mph for less than a minute temps gose down to 170f-190f depand on weather and load . Stoping and checking water level after every overheat is low
Things i did at mechanic
1 brake air compressor blown replaced with new from volvo dealer.
2 water pump replaced from dealer
3 thermostat replaced from dealer
4 fan and sensor with new belts new from dealer
5 brake air compressor cooler with filters new from dealer.
Still over heats and still blowing brake air compressor for 3 times in two weeks.

Radiator externally plugged with debris?
Is it blowing coolant out? Have you checked for combustion gases in the coolant?markoshi Thanks this. -

yes its as soon as I stop the truck I see bubbles in reservoir
No I didn't check truck currently at mechanic with furth brake air compressor to be replaced as he insisted -
Others may respond that are more familiar with this engine. Most likely head gasket leaking compression into cooling system.
Bypass the compressor from the cooling system and bottle test to see if the bubbles are still present.markoshi Thanks this. -
