I just found out that I will be driving a super B train next week. Since I have obviously never driven two or more trailers before, is there anything extra I should watch out for (i.e. trailer off-tracking, backing up)? I am not sure if the they will be loaded or empty, if that makes any difference.

I've pulled doubles, triples, and truck and trailers but never a Super B. But it looks like it would be better than a set of doubles. You'll have two pivot points where a set of doubles have three. So you'll back it up like you would your car. With less pivot points the trailers will be more stable but you'll still have to make sure it's loaded right. The tracking will be wide, alot more than a set of doubles or triples so watch for that.

I guaranty you after you've been driving them for awhile you'll laugh at all the rumors that go around about how the trailers drift and so on. I did anyway when I started driving triples. The last box never left the lane and I could look into the mirrors. Let us know how it goes.

I've had many cops tell me the "B-Trains" are much safer to pull than doubles simply due to the fact of no con-gear and pull almost as well as a single wagon.
