My gut has always told me Western Star is a 2000 miles per week outfit.
But its still a raise over where i was.

well just goes to show a trucking company is a trucking company is a trucking company......... no matter where u go, there you are . situation normal all ###### up

they use trippack there deadline is friday and paid on the following monday i had only one trip that week for 1100 miles x .36/mile = $396 i had $300 in lumper fees which they said they did not get the receipts in time ti reimburse me we will see next week , I did take a $100 cash advance so that is where the rest went so actually i would have gotten a check for about $80 once taxes were taken out

What do u pay lumpers with ?
a Comdata Check ?
a T-Check ?
I hope to hell they dont expect me to put it on my credit card or anything !!! -
Amen...

All trucking companies are alike in that respect...the trick is to find one
where you can keep as far away from the 'suck zone' as possible
and not wind up caught in their company politics and the burden it
invariably places on the drivers
