Woman sues zoo over splashing dolphins

DUH.........sometimes the world should just tell some people to go sit down and be quiet.

 

Maybe they should give her a tour of the shark tank.

 

Sea World in Florida has it posted well for everyone to see. It is a wet show for all!!
Shamu, the killer whale, does not play

The concrete is already textured to be slip proof.

I can see someone trying to sue the YMCA next for a kid doing a cannon ball jump into the water and getting the pool side wet.

 

Oh, for crying out loud!
The ONLY reason for that woman to have been in THAT area of the tank was to GET wet!
The many,many times I took my kids to the zoo, they always BEGGED me to sit in the "splash zone". It is always clearly marked, and there are OTHER places to sit and watch the show where you WON'T get wet.

Not to mention the fact, she was in the AQUARIUM part of the zoo, where it is a well known fact that there is, well, WATER!! DER!!

Seems to me, this woman went there with the INTENTION to have an "accidental" fall.....SHEESH!

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!
But she'll most likely succeed, since that lady at McDonalds won her million dollar lawsuit the gov't has made it the american way, no holds barred.

 

The zoo should counter sue her parents for raising an idiot.

 

People like her shouldn't leave their homes. <sigh>
