I have 2 blocks on the frame beside the transmission? The front one is much smaller and when I push the button to release my 5th wheel it leaks? I looked at it and thought it was just a fitting but it appears to be the block leaking? Does anyone know the price or part number of this block? Is it repairable? Or just replace it.....

I don't think I've ever seen an air release 5th wheel that worked properly, just pull the pin!

I have never seen a fifth wheel that releases the trailer the only one I’ve ever seen is the one that releases your pins to slide your 5th wheel,do you have a pic?

Mine works great at 11 years old like I said the only problem is a slite air leak at the solenoid pack but it still works. I just know that it's going to get to the point that it won't work

I've got a 2019 International with one of these 5th wheel air release thingys. I tried using it about a dozen times when I first got it. I bet it only worked maybe 2 out of 10 or 12 tries.
I just grab my 5th wheel pin puller & manually do it, like I always have.

201, earnies2 and Deere hunter Thank this.

You have been missing out. Look at the pix the top piston is cab controlled and releases the jaws to unlock the trailer

On a 2019 it should work perfectly! You can only use it when the truck is running and tractor brakes are set. Do you just flip the switch or do you push it in with your finger? I need to push the switch past on and hold it with my finger until it releases then when I release the tractor brakes the pull handle on the 5th wheel falls and wolla your released

I've held it in until my fingers are sore.
