Well, hell. This is the problem that just won't die. Next time you get the message, can you copy it and paste it here when you get through? I had 2 variations of the message, and knowing exactly which one will help me narrow down the issue.

Its internet explorer on my end doing it, i had probems today, and tonight, when i hit control alt delete, and closed out explorer, i could then get in here, but as for the message its the v bullentin message that was sent out saturday while the forum was down, says something to the affect of over100,000 visitors to the sight in july and the system had to be upgraded or something, but yea its internet explorer thats causing problems, from microsoft.
Ducks Thanks this. -
Thanks for the update. If you get the message again, please get the exact wording, because both variations bragged about the 100,000 visitors.

I haven't had the problem since I read tiny tim's edit to his post. I moved off from the Flying J wi-fi & put myself on the T/A wi-fi. Seemed to of fixed my issue. I haven't been back onto the Flying J wi-fi since, so I dont know if that was the true cause or not.

Haven't had the problem since I put the ip in my hosts file but here's a screen shot of the message I did get.
Peanut Butter, it's unlikely Internet Explorer is the problem. Something you may want to try...
Close Internet Explorer
Go to start|run and open cmd
At the prompt enter ipconfig /flushdns
Then try Internet Explorer again.rookietrucker Thanks this. -

Tinytim that doesnt work on my puter, i have an older pc.

You must have windowsME or 98 I'm guessing. If I remember correctly they don't cache dns so I'm not sure what to suggest. Do you have any type of add on software that is supposed to speed up your connection or something like that? If so it could be doing some 'caching'.

No nothing to speed it up, just regular old windows 98, i havent been able to afford an update or a new pc, so for now im stuck with it.
