I agree, since you are a company driver being paid %, than your own company is the broker and should be showing you the documentation. I ran on % and my boss never had a problem showing them to me and even faxing them home.

More importantly to me, where does it say that I "have the right" to review the invoices?
-
I posted what it said in the FMCSR. I was wondering where it says that it only applies to O/Os?
-
This was discussed on one of the radio programs on the trucker channel awhile back
and a driver being paid percentage has the RIGHT to see the invoices.
I can't tell you where to find this info but I am certain that you have everyright in
the world to see what the company is billing the customer. -
Just looked to me as if it applied to an O/O in a lease-on situation. I do appreciate the info either way.
-
my experience with this is they will take out a fuel surcharge to cover up their stealing from the driver
-
It would be a safe bet that if the company will not show what they are making per load then they are cheating you big time. Why else would they not show the paper work on the load? Run Forest Run

Ah 10-4. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't wrong or had missed something. I'm not saying I'm always right, just like to know when I'm not.

Reading the FMCSR fries my brain if I do it for more then 10 minutes at a time, so I just try to get in, get the info, and get the hell back out again ASAP. There's always the chance I missed something.
