Hiya! I am a 22 yr old Husband and father of two. I have been around trucking my whole life (mainly longhaul). Grow up on my moms '89 Pete 379. My uncles all drove and go figure but all my mothers boyfriends and her last fiance were all truckers. Truckings been in my blood since before I was born. I love driving and all those great rigs out there! Some of my greatest memories come from being on the road.
Recently I have moved up from AZ to AK to gain experience to the uptenth degree in Alaskan Winter Driving. I drove locally and intrastate with Rent-A-Center and a local Bread distribution company. I drove regularly all over Alaska, (minus iceroads of course). I have driven everything that doesnt require a CDL and man do I want one bad.
For the last 5 years I have been doing what ever it takes to gain driving experience in the hope that one day I will be able to be like my mother and uncles and gain my CDL. As the years have pasted I have seen my chances grow ever larger. I am hoping to find a company soon who is willing to help a young man gain his dream of finally becoming a trucker.
If you guys have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks for your time! Keep Safe on the Roads!
