Possesion of alcohol tickets

Well y'all belive what you want. But as a former cop I'm telling you that your record never gose away. It can be made harder for some people to find but it is always there.

 

Not trying to egg you on, but being a cop leaves you no more qualified on the subject of judicial records than if you worked at Subway. This isn't a matter of believing what I want. I have seen it happen. My own brother got things expunged from his record and if the border folks can't see it, it isn't there.

 

Well Mr. road lawyer. If you had clue what you where talking about then you would know that foreign LE can't find expunged records with out a court order. The record is still there.

 

What police see is different than what the public sees.

Depends on the state, but it can be if they want it to. While you are a minor, any legal infraction can be used as reason to revoke/suspend your license. They've written the law this way as an extra incentive for minors to stay out of trouble. You may wind up getting a letter from the DMV/RMV/etc indicating they've caught wind of your infraction and want their pound of flesh.

That's how my aforementioned friend lost his license for walking down the sidewalk while intoxicated.

Reason I asked is because of roadway, sidewalk and etc. like ko1927 said.

I had not considered what the law said about the underaged drinkers, but I do believe it was tied to the license.

 

Here is a first, Kabar and Jeep are both right. Once a record is EXPUNGED, as far as the general public and jobs for that matter than the crime NEVER happened. As for trying to get a job as a cop or related field or even entering into the military then you bet your bottom doller it is there.
