Error P113300 Shows Up when trying to do parked regen

I have Volvo 780 2015 with D13 engine, few days ago it showed flashing light of parked regeneration on dashboard. So I tried to get the regeneration started but after about 2 minutes engine check light comes up with P113300 error and the RPMs drop to normal and the whole process stops. I know that while I was on the road the check engine light showed up and turned off before I could check it. It could be the same one but I'm not sure. The truck drives fine, it is all normal. I was looking for any information about that problem and all I found out is that P113300 stands for o2 sensor and I'm not sure if pre-cat nox is the same as o2 in volvo trucks. Would problem with the nox sensor create the problem for parked regeneration?
