IIRC he runs a heavy spec tridrive with a tridem tank, so weights are gonna be more than your typical 5 axle rig.


To OP: I would say yes, if you add up each axle group, that would be your gross weight.

 

Yes, that's your tractor and trailer tare. Your tractor is heavy because it's a tri-drive.

If you are weighing each axle separately you can sometimes come up with a figure slightly different from a platform scale that weighs the entire unit at once. This can be due to the approach and/or departure not being perfectly flat and applying or removing some force from the weighed axle(s).

 

Yes, if you got your gozintas/gozoutas* correct (gross minus tare), then your load is as you figured.

*Gozintas: 2 gozinta 4, 4 gozinta 8...

 

94,500 - 45,100 = 49,400. So yes the load itself is 49,400....

 

Looks like with that rig, you'll still be going around the scales. IDK, sounds like a pretty hefty empty weight. Years ago, I seem to remember 40K for a large car and reefer. You had a hard time with 40K in the box. Even the vans I pulled, 46K was the limit. If you have air ride, I strongly suggest a drive axle pressure gauge.
