Time to get on Craigslist and find something. Not joking, that is what I did when I had a minor accident with a mega and they fired me back in 2013. Found a nice little company on CL, and no, it wasn't a 1099 outfit.

After careful examining bolt by bolt working from wheel back Something got under your bumper hit partly on the forward arch spring hanger at the frame. In so doing it must have punched the pittman arm or whatever passes for a steering column that provides the input to turn the wheel this way or that way and how much. It must have punched the wheel and tire back against itself way past alingment limits. Probably busted or tore loose the drag link.

The wheel dropped down to the pavement and started trying to eliminate it's tire the inside rim is ground down a little bit and the corresponding bead or rim of the tire was folded against tit and tore a hole in it. At that point the air must escape from tire.

Since there was no damage to fender above or similar cleaned off gunk marks covering those bolts that have not been touched since God made the earth... (Tsk tsk tsk...) I rule out a tire explosing off the front left steer. It must have been a object that is not mammel or animal. No trace of gore, blood etc.

The only other alternatvie is to trace the entire front end looking for missing hardware and bolts, particularly damaged ones. Axle looks ok, but that is not a good axle until everyhing is fixed and put onto a formal alingment back to factory OEM spec. Then we will know if the axle is ok.

I took those pictures for my protection. Ive driven in rain where i had to slow down to 45 because it was coming down so hard. I dont know why this time for no reason, literally just hydroplaned or something

    It happens.

What I would do and have done is to put the accident to bed. Its something that came up and in the end you did not hurt or kill yourself or anyone.

Ive had trucks get away from me before in heavy rain like you speak of, even at 45. What I usually do is hold her straight. and no power or braking. Wait a bit, she will settle when enough speed has come off. If I am not in a position to wait and trailer has ABS, I'll use the trolley then service air asap.
