Home bound, atm taking a 30 at beaver.

Taking a step stack with me. SLC handed me the keys to the forklift. Thier driver went home already, so i decided i would do it. Took forever to find the balence point on the step decks.

Weird feeling swinging a trailer like a bat.

A service was over and done in an hour this morning. Excellent job SLC.

Anyone else watching Star Trek: Discovery or Star Trek: Picard?
Very different shows, but I am very much liking both of them.

Picard is still too new to know for sure, but Discovery in the second season is getting pretty interesting.
(Three seasons now, but I am only up to the second.)

The revisit to Talos IV (from the original pilot (and a later episode) of the original Star Trek series) is a very good episode.
Spock, Pike and Vena all get together again.

And with those cool singing blue flowers that makes one smile.
Just wondering, but does the music transfer to the one that touches it? Even Spock smiled.

That 'other driver' seems to always get you in some way.
You never seem to be down, but the other one...

one of the downside of this route.
his truck is having issues derating and shop is saying it's a short that they cant( or wont) find.
also not know when to start till I know for sure he is going to beaver. I usually leave arkund 7am and call before I hit Barstow.
if 70 is closed we meet in az/nm border on i40

    FerrissWheel and Moosetek13 Thank this.

I don't consider 12 hours @ home to be home time.

    FerrissWheel and Moosetek13 Thank this.

Beaver, UT @ the J. Delivered a Mexican beer load to West Valley City this afternoon. On my way home with a load that doesn't deliver til Wed Mar 4th. That's right, 6 days for a 635 mile load. Planner seemed to think that would work for my home time on Mar 2nd. What they don't realize is a Mar 2nd home time request was just my way of making sure I was home before Mar 4th.

Doesn't really matter, stick a fork in me, I'M DONE!

Update on or about Mar 5th.

    FerrissWheel and dptrucker Thank this.
