    jurupa terminal.
ended up tcalling that load I was taking to beaver ut in Las Vegas dropyard.
grabbed another load out of Vegas and delivers tomorrow at 2000 in Irvine ca.
other driver got in an accident so was unable to get the load.
not sure what happened but I was talking to him when it occurred.
assuming it was just a fender bender since he called me when I picking this load and wanted to know if I wanted to go to beaver tomorrow.
said I was already on this load and my dl went home already. he should have called me earlier

    FerrissWheel Thanks this.

stood around and finished my 2nd cup of coffee and a 20oz Gatorade b4 I could go. took about 35 minutes.

I picked up a load out of Ogden, UT headed to the Tacoma, WA area.
I was worried about a load out of the west but I was stacked this afternoon. The first is going to Spokane Valley and then the second is to Sherman, TX.
Not a bad stack at all.

    FerrissWheel and dptrucker Thank this.

SR 18 was closed at Tiger when I got here so I had to go the long way around, adding about 10 miles and 10 minutes. What a bummer.
But such an easy delivery at Kimberly Clark. Park it anywhere over there and find an empty.
The guard didn't even check my empty trailer on the way out, just waved me through.

It's rather nice going through Seattle/Tacoma area on the weekend, and tomorrow I am headed to Spokane Valley so - outa here. Then on to Texas, unless I t-call it. No pick up or delivery appointments yet on that load.

As usual the Sumner terminal is a mess for parking. I went around a few times until someone pulled out so I could get a decent (non-blindside) spot.

FerrissWheel, dptrucker and dwells40 Thank this.

    jurupa terminal.
only made one round trip to beaver ut this week.
delivered those load of cans to usuza ca yesterday and picked up a load couple miles from here last nite.
dl said freight was slow in Denver and other driver doesn't have a load yet.
so this morning I went and talked to him since he was working and said I drive to Las Vegas and called him to see if I am still going to beaver.
    nope.
got Tcalled switched to Vegas dropyard.
place was a mess. guys dropping trailers where they ate not suppose to and the day drivers parking in front of trailers and not leasving keys with guard.
o e of those daycare was block8ing my trailer I was suppose to.pick up.
so dl gave me another load that was till tcallimg back here.
spent about an hour there moving trailers around and getting my load.
of course no weight tix and it was 44300 lbs of bottled water.
so drove over to Morton's and scaled and at least it was good to go lol
stopped at the t/a and spent 1.5 hrs thete getting a shower, haircut, and dinner at black bear diner.
got here and Tcalled the load.
taking tomorrow off and going to the Fed hall fishing show at long beach convention center
    last day is tomorrow.

@dptrucker why didn't you use Estes scale?

Troutdale OR, deliver 6am Monday at Freightliner. Delivery at Kimberly clark in ogden was a breeze. Unloaded as soon as we got the straps off, even helped us roll up straps and collect our edge protection, maybe took 15 minutes. As a hidden bonus pulling our skateboard out, we didnt have to check back out. Nothing to hide ;)

Probably switch over to Jubitz tomorrow. Already got a load to Laredo as soon as we finish Monday. "Mechanical equipment" whatever that bloody means.

First 50 is over, good student, genuinly wants to learn, backing progressing, but still rough. Hes consistently waiting too long to make his corrections.

10-4 and no it dosent. I love those small scales so i dont have to teach another truckstop employee how too split weigh on a cat. As long as its not within a 1000 of the axel i don't bother with cat.

    But i got ya.
