You know what 6' 280lbs looks like with one foot on top of a pete battery box and one sliding out of control on the ground looks like? Your legs will go further apart than I ever imagined.

 

I dunno looks like beets...my favorite and baby spinach, next bestest favorite, hard boiled eggs for protein, a Catalina dressing? I can't see anything wrong with that. Course if I was still a landlubber and making it I'd throw on walnuts and craisins or maybe orange slices... But your plate looked pretty good to me
