Actually what you have done here is quite foolish and I will attempt to explain.
You just announced your unique situation with this company to 1,851 members and anyone else that has interest in this company. I am almost certain that someone else from this company is reading this and has discovered that you are streching nickles.
That being said I am wondering if it would not have been a better strategy to ask questions without announcing the company name? Now you have stirred the pot and maybe gonna have to stretch pennies instead of nickles.
Why not be more discreet about it and just gather information about Truth in Leasing regulations without using the company name?
With this amount of members and a better strategy you are sure to get some good advice.

I can only go by the information provided. However now I am curious about the company not respecting Truth in Leasing regulations. This is actually my first time seeing something like this.

All the summons says is they have 21 days to respond. And it looks like that deadline is Friday 13. And if they receive no response the plaintiff is awarded the relief demand.
