Yes, but it was a routine procedure. It just had a few days of recovery and she was new to the area still. I was honored to help.

My sister is my hero!!!!

She is an oncology nurse and is currently studying to be a nurse practitioner.

@stwik man 1300 miles this week. I understand what you feel like. Oh wait add 150 or so. Bout to jump in the car and head south to meet the family. Wife, kid and everyone has been down there so I get to play my music and drive the mom bus!

 

Worked 4 days this week and last week ... not sure I can handle going back to actually working a full week

 

Be sure to stock up on paper towels, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer before you hit California. People out here have gone completely nuts over the Coronavirus.
I went to Costco to stock up on coffee for the office and it looked like feeding time at the zoo.
Picture three fat, poorly dressed,middle aged females, none of which spoke English or the language of the other ladies, wacking each other with their purses and screaming at each other in a high pitched hysterical babble over a can of hand sanitizer.
I'll have Sysco drop us off some coffee at the office Monday.
