I pulled in around 1830. Made it to Wytheville where I just fueled for $2.10.

A guy came in and docked beside me, they loaded him and unloaded him while I was tying down... no chains. Got to talking with the loaders after he left, they said it's amazing how many trucks come in without the proper equipment. I told them ya get what ya pay for.

 

I don't drink Corona, so no worries.

Maybe we should put a sign on the front of the truck, "coronavirus research vehicle", and see if they'll give us a little space.

On my way to the house in the Jeep for a few days hopefully the weather isn’t half bad. As usual way too much on my plate including a radiator for said Jeep. Thanks Jeep for putting a plastic radiator in this pig.

 

Someday you win. Friday had a order 51k. My simple math skills added the manifest up to 37k and change. I asked once if that was all of it? It went full rate.

 

$2.10gal is great.! VA is a surcharge state, I almost always owe them a few bucks..

I have a thing about not owing money every quarter, & everytime I run into PA, I end up owing them because I always under fuel there cause their tax rate is like 76 cents a gal or something ridiculous like that. Pay now or pay later I guess..

Here at the Home-20.... gotta pick Mrs. Oldskool up from airport tonight about 11:30, and then change careers from chauffeur to Gearjammer and head north....
