I wouldnt say those are "Good Conditions"... But they most Definetally are "Normal Conditions" for that time of year.LtlAnonymous and MACK E-6 Thank this.

I live in NC right off I-95 and we have had 2 very bad accidents involving big trucks in the past couple weeks. These cars are unrecognizable I know one was a kid who had a medical condition but I believe he is still in ICU. My brother just starting driving and because of rude and stupid drivers he's almost hit a couple people. Luckily he does a CB and some truckers warned him but also commended his save. I really wish everyone was taught about respecting Big Trucks and how they can't just stop on a dime but sadly people don't respect regular vehicles anymore.

With that ice I probably would’ve shut it down, but I don’t have the frame of reference you do.LtlAnonymous Thanks this.

Seriously.... there are many of us who won’t push conditions. And then you got idiots... I reference the huge pile up this week.Cattleman84 Thanks this.

I’m sitting in Gillette right now. Beautiful out. Asked UPS driver if he’s seen Rod Serling... we must be in the Twilight Zone
Tug Toy, kemosabi49 and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -
And I wouldnt blame you if you did... But if you dont learn to drive SAFELY on such ice you may be sitting for many days or even weeks in WY.
Me personally... I prefer to run at night when conditions get like that. 2 reasons... 1: WAY less idiots to worry about... 2: Dead-cold ice (no film of sun melted water on top of the ice) has much mor traction than slightly melted ice... The warm tires "stick" to Dead-cold ice... But not water filmed ice.
