I went up a marked 17% grade in Burnaby BC last fall - empty (which we s near enough 80k) it was ridiculously steep .... like San Francisco steep

Working on re-growing the mullet as we speak:

 

@TripleSix when should a guy start considering a lifting belt? I'm deadlifting almost 2x my bodyweight for reps now with no belt. I don't feel any soreness or pain afterwards but I can't help but think I'm approaching some dangerous territory now.

haven’t been through Vegas in a little while but I delivered elevator doors to one of the new casinos going up a few months back.





wellllll, bar food for sure. But I can’t complain at a thirty dollar tab when it would’ve been sixty in the greater Seattle area. Friendly bar staff and good company too. Nice place, “the j” in Rapid City SD gets two thumbs up from Stwik
