O/O looking for driver

I am an o/o leased on with a well established company based out of Wisconsin. My wife and I just bought our second truck and are looking to put someone in our old truck so we can team.

The truck:
2013 Freightliner Columbia
Detroit Series 60 glider kit (no Cali)
10 speed Eaton Fuller
Fridge/microwave/inverter
Governor set at 70

It has been taken care of quite well since I have had it. Honestly pulls better than my new cascadia.

Requirements:
Have to have a clean MVR and be able to pass a drug screen. Can work with experience level, but do prefer 2 years experience.

Expectations:
The company I'm leased with runs primarily NorthEast. Wisconsin up (sometimes in the Burroughs of NYC), New Jersey, and back toward Wisconsin. That's where the money is at here.

However, you will be paid based on a percentage of the revenue depending on experience. So, if you want to run elsewhere, they will work with you, but it will be brokered loads, meaning less money. Your call. Can discuss details later.

Being this is my 2nd truck, this will be a 1099 position for the foreseeable future, with no benefits either. I do plan on getting employees on w-2s with benefits, but it will be a while.
