I think I'll try the belt once I hit 2x bodyweight. I kinda feel I'm pushing my limits. I don't use straps either because I want to build up my grip strength too.

Unload one at a time and distribute them around the site.
Don’t unload the 3 trucks then do what ever you want with them. Let’s hold everyone up...
“Hey driver you got a hammer we can use?”

I hated job sites for that very reason. Once in a while I'll get that at a commercial dairy. Just get the stuff off the wagon, on the ground, sign my BOL, and get me outa here !!!!!!whoopNride, SAR, Swine hauler and 9 others Thank this.

Farmer's Carry. Grab the biggest dumbells or kettlebells you have available and go for a walk. I call it 'heavy cardio.' It will give you the grip you need to deadlift.1951 ford, SAR, singlescrewshaker and 10 others Thank this.

Was just over on Truck Paper looking at 359's..
The pricing on some of those deals has gotten a bit out of hand.

That's why I never look with any seriousness. I figure when the replacement for the 389 eventually comes out, my 379 will be worth about 50 x's what it is now... just like the 359s have done lately.1951 ford, SAR, Swine hauler and 8 others Thank this.

Still not out. Whoever decided on the routing for that harness was an embicile. Spent 3.5 hours taking it out so as to not mess anything up so I can try to get some resale value out of it if at all possible.
Decided to order one from ford instead of the salvage yard because i dont want some monkey with a wrench to yank it out and leave me with a messed up harness.
Cant remember if I posted this or not but heres progress so far.
That's before I got the harness out but it's to the point now the engine is ready to come out. Just no time to do it while being out during the week. Only so much can get done between house chores and working on the truck during the one full day I'm home.1951 ford, SAR, Swine hauler and 9 others Thank this.
