I used to commute may-oct by motorcycle. No exceptions. I had a magnet on my steering neck I kept ball bearings on. Get off my arse.

I gotta ask you skateboarders a question. On I81, 80, ny17 almost all the flats i see are empty. I figure the ones i see going west on 80 in jersey just kicked off their load in the am and bounced out. But other areas i see a ton of mt flats.

Is it real slow for you guys?

It's been awful for us. But we're held captive to whenever our lazy assed agents decide to get up and go find work.

@Hurricane69 sending good vibes your way.

Back in 2015 my 83 year old grandpa was going to MT Sinai to have a heart valve replacement that he really didn't need. Or i should say the doctors saw a big cash cow walking in the door.

My aunt, brother and i brought him there to the city. Something in my mind said this was the last time i was ever gonna see him. I should of spoken my mind and said don't do it gramps but i didn't and regret it so so f'n much. They ####ed up during surgery and long story short he passed 2 weeks later. My mom's side has 7 siblings and they sort of pushed him into doing it. Hes 83 still driving his car around led an active life. There was no reason to have such a risky surgery at 83 just no.

On the way there i got to show him some of what i did when i was doing food service in nyc, showed him the Wendy's on 125th in Harlem under the EL. I'll never forget that day with gramps

I did the wrong thing and just pushed it way deep down. Went numb. Didn't shed a single tear at the funeral it was months later and hit me all at once. My mom is a saint and stayed out of it while other siblings argued about how things were gonna be divided up. My dad and i had to stay away when the fam went to clean out their house. It would of been Springer worthy

Made it to the house today in just enough time to get another ground cable made at NAPA and take 2 checks to the bank before they both closed at noon. Picked up used farm equipment yesterday to deliver to the auction near the house this morning in the snow. I wound up doing ok getting out of California this time but I flat laid down some miles this week.
Tomorrow is a service on the truck, another new ground cable on the starter, (the replacement I just put on broke the eye off) hood springs (both broke this week, guessing they were original) rotate a couple trailer tires ( because I curved them) and fix the latch on one of the bunk doors ( stuck closed this week).

Oh and I ripped a mud flap off this week too.

I may lay up on Monday and fix my AC too?

I really want to just lounge around this weekend but guess that’s not going to happen?

    Glad your home @cke

    I’m sad your home @SAR

    Them pontoons look sharp @Hurricane69

I think the factory rotors are worth turning but after they are dead the replacements are junk. @jamespmack

@stwik sorry I missed you this round.
