Caffeine causes dehydration and is an excellent example, it is known that if a person who rarely consumes caffeine suddenly gets a large amount of it, even like 2 energy drinks, they can suffer from dehydration. However, a person who REGULARLY consumes caffeine will be accustomed to the dehydrating effect and already be consuming enough liquids to counter the effect so will NOT become dehydrated from consuming caffeine.

Wash your hands every time you leave the bathroom. Wash your legs in the shower. Eat healthy. I personally don't eat red meat and very seldom do I eat pork. I also don't eat meat for breakfast.
