So do you.
MY complaint is about the drivers who tailgate (in the city) when there is no reason to.
-
I went back and read your original post. I only have one word to say. Nevermind!
-
If there isn't anything from preventing you to change lanes then yes, your being as big as or bigger "richard" then the truck driver.
Right,Wrong or indifferent ........ MOVE YOUR ###!!
-
There's a couple of toys for these situations
-
Tailgating is rude - and considered aggressive driving in some states - but then "lane blocking" could also be considered what I call "passive aggressive driving"...especially in areas with lane restrictions on trucks.
There are more than enough signs out there to cue you...Keep Right Except To Pass. -
ok soo to say something... drive like you normaly do BUT! keep in mind this... a truck driver or not if there tailgating you... nobody likes it... sooo move... not because your giving up or "letting the guy/girl win" but because when you drive... where ever you are you should be conserned about YOUR SAFETY! and nothing wlse...here is the truth... the driver may be having a bad day... or week... or life for all you know... and you just happend to get them on the wrong day at the wrong time.. OR WHAT EVER! the situation may be... you just NEVER EVER what may or may not be happening to them.... if by you pissing them off by slowing them down when there obviouslly in a hurry/working... so just a little advise... when you drive... if you dont like how the other person is driving behind you A) move over or B) if its a one lane situation... turn down a street... or exit get the hell out of there way and then get back in it... and keep on your way... why stress yourself over what someone else is doing? if you dont like it just dont put yourself in a situation where your not going to like it...
just saying... -
Right. Typical 4wheeler mentality. "Why should I let that big evil truck driver push me around? The posted limit is ____!"
Its not about pushing anyone around. For us, its making the best of a bad situation. You however, refuse to move to the right and allow faster traffic to pass. You ask is it worth the risk for that truck driver to plow into a car? I ask you, Mr 4wheelerwhothinkshecandrivebutactuallycantdoanythingmorethanholdasteeringwheel
Is it worth you getting peeled out of that car for playing chicken with a semi?
Theres an old proverb that says, "Its better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6. -
They shouldn't have pretended to be female on the CB
