Coronavirus and quarantine?

actually I think the opposite. As they see the gubberment forcing them to stay home and removing their freedoms. They'll understand why some don't want the gub in our lives.

 

You and I have not seen eye to eye on most of this thread, but you are SPOT ON with this!

 

yeah we have good minds and opinions. But they won't always mesh. I'm never one to be offended by debating diff of opinion.

 

I would urge everyone here to come back to this thread 3 weeks from now and look at who was right and who wasn't. Math and science is clearly not everybody's strong suit.

This virus isn't the flu and it's not political and it doesn't care where you get your information. People need to think critically about stupid memes they are bombarded with on Facebook, and wisdom their drunk uncle imparts to them citing sources they've never heard of and ask themselves, "is that really true?"

and all my info comes from all my Facebook friends that are virologists. Who cares that last week they were constitutional scholars.

 

It's flu like. In a lot of ways the same problems. It hits the lungs. I also think it is to some degree political. I do agree about the time part. It might take a bit more than 3 weeks to un (redacted) this thing, so I would say maybe 2 months. I do love what some are calling it though, the Kung flu!

California Gov. Newsome basically just shut all of California down by extending the "shelter in place" order to the entire state within the last hour. Unfortunately, I'm stuck here right now. When this is over, I will be relocating out of state. Never again.
