I never realized until all this stuff started happening that Al Pacino was the governor of NY.

Enjoy! While everyone was stockpiling ### paper I was servicing my Apu. My idea of disaster planning.

I didn't do anything. We talked about slowing down some, taking it easy on the driver.

So we almost had to chain. Pulled into the chain up, and some dude in a Cal Trans truck pulls up and says, "It's open. Your good."

There's like 5000 trucks piled up before the check point, at the bottom of the hill. Dude is checking to see if you have chains.

So about 10 miles past that is "Chains Required in 34 miles."

So I says ok, if we gotta we gotta, we're not getting caught up in this fluster cluck.

This is at 0400. Whole interstate to ourselves almost.

So when we didn't have to chain, we roll on to southern Oregon. Get to Petro.

She's like,"Just get some chicken strips and coffee, let's go before the fluster cluck catches up to us."

It's running lol. Works great. Had the whole thing redone, except the actual engine 18 months ago. Was like $3800. Worth every penny. I don't know how many hours since then, 2 or 3 thousand.
