    OK, lets look at the whole picture here. You could not get along with a team driver ( your hubby). You decided to ambush management and abandon your responsibilities, as in delivering the freight. If you couldn't get along then, how can you get along now? What has changed since? :smt017

    What did they say about you on your Dac? Have you had a chance to look at it?

    Yeah I pulled DAC and the various other little reports the employers do to allow me to more accurately fill out applications with companies. Here is a copy of the Werner snippet.

    They don't say they won't rehire. Call and ask, if they review and then say no, you will have to move on. Good luck.

    What that says is that you where "discharged" ie fired. When they or other companies look into it with HR they will probably get told it was for failure to deliver on-time/ Didn't communicate with DM on running late. You might get hired again. But in a nut shell. You are so hosed.
