Years ago in the 80’s, I was slipping through a narrow street in Brooklyn. And I do mean slow, barely room for my mirrors, pulling a dry van at that time. Out of no where this dude jumps out on the front of a car and ask what I was hauling!!! Styrofoam man, I’m hauling styrofoam! Go on then was his response..... lol, things we see and hear out here....

That might’ve been a bit awkward to have squatting tires with a load of “styrofoam”. :laughing-guffaw:

Years ago delivering to hunts point, rule was don't stop for nuthin, stop signs, red lights, shadows in front of you, hookers flashing from the corners, nothin, just keep it rollin.

Came off the ramp one time in Atlanta, summer time, AC cranked, stopped at the red light. Guy jumps up on the step rambling about something. Light turns green, I start shifting, pulled it up into high range and he figured it was probably in his best interest to jump off cause I wasn't stopping.

Had to go to s. philly one time to pick up a load of water heaters and furnaces, one of those warehouse places gated off with barb wire over the top. Anyway, the mgr there had a bad attitude right from the get go, real jerk. Back it in over there, I'll get to you as I can. He had about three helpers or so, who would bring out a few, every so often, then disappear for a while. Yeah, this is gonna be an all day affair. Sitting in the back of the trailer having a good chew, waiting, all of a sudden in pulls a van, two guys jump out, while two of the warehouse guys hand down a large box, AC maybe? The other two load it in the van and split, while the other two look at me, "You did'n see nuffen, did you." Nope, must've missed it. What was it I was supposed to see?
