    Talk about shakers,
    Look at this..

So I was ripping across i90 (72mph ) few miles west of Rapid city heading east 3am ish. Heard of elk happen to stroll in front me. Almost missed all of them, but ended up clip'n one with the right side front end. Smashed out a fog light, & bent the plastic aero bumper in. Used an 8' 4×4 timber to bend it back enough so I could roll on with chewing into that steer tire any more..

Flash forward 2 years, I should of fixed that bumper bracket properly. So not entirely the ol shakers fault, but at 600 idle, it shakes the bumper bad enough that it finally wore a hole in my dang hood..

Time for a nice shiny chrome bumper anyway, & too bad I was a lazy sack of sheet that has added to the list of needed hood repairs..

We are conducting a experiment today.....

I'm not really a big rib fan and pork usually gives me issues when I eat it but we have a bunch in the freezer we bought for a gathering that didn't get all used. So I cut two slabs into 6 five rib slabs and made three different marinades for them. Wrote down what and how much we put in each one and numbered them. One is a pretty basic....one has mustard and Sriracha...... One has peanut sauce and chili garlic sauce. The last two marinades tasted pretty good.

Getting ready to put them on the smoker....they have been marinating for two hours.

Hopefully we don't have to eat peanut butter samiches for supper. Lol
