Thank you so much for the advice.

I will go first thing in the morning and make sure that it's taken care of.

That's the best that I can do.

Your comment had no reference whatsoever to healthcare professionals of any kind. So maybe you should keep your bogus claims to yourself.

I made no claims. Just an opinion. Anyway you're coming at me and it feels like you're looking to start stuff. I'll pass on that. Been a member a month and change and trying to talk like a big shot already. You cant even distinguish a claim from an opinion...laughable. Anyway I'm done with you, I've already wasted too much of my life with your nonsense.

Dino Soar, this may be too late for you but the FMCSA did issue updated guidance on how to handle this situation this morning. They clearly state that drug testing requirements still must be complied with, or a good faith effort must be made and documented. They offer some acceptable suggestions, although it does clearly state it is not binding policy only guidance which is FMCSA speak for "we can still fine you or take other action for failure to comply if we want to". Hope this helps.

The virus situation today is a different time and totally different situation.

What I wrote previously that you erraneously refer to as bullying does not matter now and actually creates a new problem in testing places CRAMMED with potentially infectious people.

I would not go to a place to give a sample knowing that many people are also in there as well. We have no way of knowing who is infectious before symptoms are shown.

So my post then is obsolete and by association, your thought that I am somehow bulling is also irrevelant today and particularly dangerous in drug testing places that collect MANY people at once.

Testors will have to evolve and do 1 on 1 test collection somewhere that where many people do not gather. Social distancing don't you know.

I have a family member who does not have any immune defense whatsoever. Even a sniffle can kill that relative. We are already isolated as much as possible. No need for the Guv'ner to tell us to isolate. For this relative's sake.

And finally if I wanted to bully something my wording would be at the point at which I would be tossed from TTR really fast. So... there is that.

I came around rather slowly to that particular poster this am, but thats ok, I put her on the ignore list. No need to deal with the riff raff and get all riled up on my end. If its time to test, go test. However in light of the virus infection situation that has changed the situation a little bit towards one on one testing away from a site known to carry many people, some of whom are probably infectious before showing symptoms.

I follow your thoughts and opinions and most of the time can see where you are coming from. So carry on.

    Nonsense.

This thread is less then a week old. A Saturday post from you refers to a trucker as a loser if he doesn't go. You really need to lighten up.

Dispensing medical advice without a license is a crime in some states.
