What if it Snows?

In a sauce pan over medium heat.
1 Table spoon olive oil
2 Table spoon minced onion
2 Table spoon minced garlic
Pinch salt
Cook until translucent and fragrant, about 5 min.
Add 2 Table spoon white wine.
1/2 stick of butter. Double the butter, double the cream
Heat until butter is fully melted
Whisk in 1/4 cup cream.
Keep mixing until desired consistency.
Pour over pasta, add black pepper to taste.
Grated cheese if you want.

Eat.

 

Cause I am at my delivery, so no move now. Dinner now.

Went with the sirloin. Chicken is still frozen like a block.

 

What am I going to do? I stop by the Bass pro shop on the way home. It is now closed because of the beer flu. It was open yesterday but my shotgun didn't show up till today. Now I'm going to be one weapon short for the upcoming Zombie apocalypse.

Thats not the cream you seek.

There is a container near that cream sold by another brand which runs about 8.00 its 100% cream the way its supposed to be. I get one of those a month or so. Happens to add up to just about what I pay in the little half and halfs.

Dont need much else just a dab of fuel in the coffee as well. /to parahrase

Ive learned to stay with the protein and bread or potatos in equal amounts. If I was not able to get to dinner just yet still some miles and time yet to go before there, I consume a hershey bar.Its enough to keep the body together until we get there.
