That right there is why I love my winch. Whenever some ###### wants one shipped I hook onto the steering arm and pull it on.

I use a glove to put between post and door. And squeeze out, also many times I would use a rear door. Another way climb out driver window reach in with key on, roll window up, something put the window up to your arm, the window will be open a little bit, it doesn't get that wet inside, mostly just the door gets wet. I have done that for years, and never had a issue.

This is my first week in car hauling and I’m a big fella too. Did you find a solution? I’m having the same problem

This is a 3+ year old post. You’re probably not going to get an answer.

What kind of rig will you be running? I remember a rather large car hauler tell a few of us in my training class years ago “If my fat A@s can haul cars, so can anyone”. He did say you had to be very fluid. I ran a high rail for years and run an 80’ quickloader now and generally if you load it correctly you don’t have issues getting out the door. There is always an exception, but vehicle placement is key. Seeing out the door to load will either require you to use your mirrors to load cars (definitely not possible with larger vehicles in all positions) and be able to position yourself to stick your head slightly out the door for larger vehicles. You will likely get better positioning your body to see out the window when loading as you gain experience. Until then practice in your personal vehicle backing a straight line without using mirrors in a parking lot this weekend until you get it figured out. Practice makes perfect!

    Become a vegan! LOL
I'm not going to sugarcoat things for you. Bigger guys have a harder time of it in this business. You're going to have to find a way to get thinner or move on. That's my opinion. That and $4 will buy you a cup of coffee.
