So,
Staying on the road is essentially the most profound demonstration of our collective duty as truckers.
How would you feel if all the doctors and nurses hid themselves away at home, or police and fire fighters?
There are essential positions that have to be maintained, no matter what.
And saying 'we must not get to the point' is simply hiding from the truth.
The truth is that if things get bad enough there will be a choice to be made - period.
We can try to avoid getting to that point, but it could happen no matter what we do.
And if the essential service providers simply quit, then they would be the ones deciding that no one is fit to live.IDriveATruck and Kyle G. Thank this. -
