Where is everyone #5

Hahahaha. Went in once. I renteda room in the apt building on the north side of the court house for 7 years. Got sick of that. There was 20 cabbies living next door. No furniture, just mattresses. Got tired of kicking passed out crack heads in the hall. When room rent hit 1000$ a month I told ed motors I needed a large LOA or camp.

Long story short, I ended up in camp. Wasnt much better, but at least the crackheads had their own rooms.

Cosmos used to have the best donairs in the PP mall. Is it still palatable?

I still come up to see freinds. I usually make a trip, just for breakfast at mcrays. Best eggs Benedict around. I was coming up during sprink break next week. Doubt I will now.

 

I haven't been to McRay's in about 10 years. Cosmo's left the mall. I used to avoid the mall, way too many cab drivers, crack heads and dirtbags around there back in the day. In a way, the bust was good, most of the above left town (thankfully).

They flocked to Edmonton. One of the schools I haul into is in a hospital. 2 lane drive thru unloading area. Cabbies are always lined up on the inside lane when I pick up the kiddos in the aft. Last year I was driving our 1 bus that has air brakes. I installed an air horn just for them.
This year im driving a 66 pass bus. 3 feet shorter the the 78 pass bus I had last year. Best part of my day is scaring the crapola out of them as I swing in. They hear me coming and run to their cars to get out of my way
Cab company has a old dude managing the new cabbies. He chuckles everyday lol..

 

On fly day I'd sometimes have to shoot over to the airport and pick up the next shift now and then. Wheeled in there with the big 5500 GMC one day and had a cabbie try and get pissy with me.

Dude I'm in a 4x4 Topkick service truck. Do you really think I'm here poaching cab fares?

Figured out the problem with the ecoboost.

 

@AModelCat 3 of my buddies cars. Hes a mopar dude. Prolly the best old school mechanic I ever worked with. He drives those cars hard. He'd pick my up after I loaded my backhaul at D Force, burnouts all over town, breakfast then I would roll.
