I get here and they lied about home time.
The equipment WONT pass an inspection.
They tried to make me drive under another drivers logs.
How bad is it to quit during orientation? I know I’ll be billed for drug test, but I don’t want a hit on my DAC. I also don’t want to run illegal either.
I need to figure this out before 7:30 tomorrow

I have questions:
1. Who is “they”?
2. If you are in orientation, how are you logging hours?
3. Ditto on the equipment?
BTW, people walk during orientation all the time. It won’t harm you a bit.BackwoodsGA, Lonesome, Mike250rs and 5 others Thank this. -

Truck had two bad tires it took a fight to have replaced. The trailers have air leaks, bad brakes the shop didn’t have time to fix.Lonesome Thanks this. -

Covenant kicked me out of orientation first day back in May of 1996.
Of all the records I have carefully searched for, they are the only one left standing. One stupid failed orientation that is meaningless when all the drama is settled. However Covenant maintains a private DAC-Like Database with 14 other big carriers so sharing between them my information for as long all of them exist for one another.
I have walked out of orientations before on day one. Particularly if I detected BS or problems that are not worth it.
One company in Little Rock failed to place me on Cream tanker loads that I hired on to do. I ended up quitting them to join JBH the next morning having arranged with a hiring agent the previous afternoon on the cell phone over 400 miles heading home. I don't like having a company say one thing and try to have me do something else when I get onto their yard ready to work.Midnightrider909, nredfor88, 650cat425 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Is it orientation or training ? At any rate, people quit jobs all the time after just a day or two.
