Decker they run reefers too but they have a flatbed division. And see them mostly in southeast and midwest

Take a look at the Daseke companies.
They have a number of companies that run the southeastern region. Google the name.Aamcotrans, ChevyCam and Socool4real Thank this. -
TMC, Deske or Cypress. Good luck!

TMC and Cypress have a lot of accounts in the SE. Both will keep you busy.

Maverick is a good starter company. They try to get drivers home on the weekends (I say try because in trucking nothing is guaranteed) and they are very safety oriented.
Mcleroy is based somewhere in the southeast. I've talked to a few of their trainers and they seem OK. They also go home on weekends.
Gypsum and Cypress run up and down the east coast and try to send drivers home on the weekend. From what I can gather these two pay a little less than the first two.
TMC is pretty similar in operations to Maverick. I'm just not sure if they hire in your area.Mojo1960 and Socool4real Thank this. -
Mcelroy guarantees weekend home time. They are very good at getting you home on the weekend. They do a lot of Lowe's loads and you would be tarping every single time and probably loading and unloading every day. I have never worked there but they have a good reputation. They are based in Cuba, Alabama. Best wishes in your search!
