    Hi everyone,

My truck has been sitting a while since I am trying to sell it. I go once every week or two to start it and check up on it make sure all is in order, and it usually is, until today.

Today I went, it needed a jump start which is no big deal as it's not the first time. Upon starting, it bombarded me with a ton of codes. It's a 2006 Volvo VNL 780, with an Eaton 10 Speed auto, two pedal and a D12 engine.

Below are the codes I was able to pull off it. Truck starts and idles, radio works, 12V power seems to also work. The problem is, it will not go into gear and cannot be driven, the cruise control stalk doesn't work including PTO which I use to raise the idle with. We had some storms last night and I'm afraid something might have happened during the storms, though nothing is immediately obvious. What can I do to try and sort this out? I need to sell it so I need it in working order. I left it for today and unhooked every connection on every battery, will be going back tomorrow to spend more time to take stuff apart, just need to know where to start looking.

The codes below are directly copied from the computer it was scanned with.
    1. Vehicle ECU - Program Memory - Intermittent or Incorrect Data SID240 FMI 2
    2. Vehicle ECU - Calibration Memory EEPROM- Special Instructions SID 253 FMI 14

    4. Engine - Cruise Control Status - PID 85 | FMI 9
    5. Engine Accelerator Pedal Position 1 - PID 91 | FMI 9
    6. Requested engine brake torque - PPID 86 | FMI 9
    7. Data Link, MID 144 - PSID 201 | FMI 9
    8. Road Speed - PID 84 | FMI 9
    9. Lighting Operator Controls - Data Link, MID 144 - PSID 201 | FMI 9
    10. SAE - Speed Sensor Calibration - PID 27 | FMI 5

    What do y'all think?

    Thank You

I left them all disconnected, will reconnect them when I go tomorrow to poke around. Fingers crossed for that to fix the issue. It's never done this in the 15 years I've had it so that's why I'm sweating bullets, and of course it happens when I'm selling it! I

Batteries were good today, cleaned all terminals and connections. Still the same issue. However I did pull the fuse panel on the dash, and beneath it I found this blown 40A fuse on it's lonesome. It's kind of like the ones by the batteries where where it's just on a cable. I'm going to swap it tomorrow. Does anyone know what it's for?

EDIT: To be clear it's directly underneath the main board with all the fuses, could possibly be for the LCM or VECU but I'm not sure.
