I happen to have several previous employers who essentially say come on back any time in your life. One has retired so far. I hope to visit him someday soon. He has "My" 500 stored on the farm. Probably brings it out once in a while to pull something on it's hook.
Im sorry that old man winter got you. (The OP) It happens. I actually had a legit incident where my 120 ran off the pavement in Kansas at 65 in the rain. whifff off she went.
I managed to get it back and more importantly not get seen by anyone (Or caught) but to this day I do feel badly about that man's lawn. That 18 wheeler killed it. Sunk a foot plus and I had maybe 10 seconds to get her back before the embankment rolled me onto my roof there.
Why did I run off? I fell asleep alot of water got under the tires at cruise. wwhiff. Wake up time.
Peoples hearts sometimes fail when they are rudely woken up like that. Sometimes they wake up dead and ask St Peter WTF?
If you drive long enough soemtimes things happen, just dust yourself off and be happy no one got killed this time. And find a way to get back into that saddle.Numb, kilikachille and ibcalm19 Thank this. -

So far so bad. Companies have been telling me they cannot take me in or they are looking for more qualified recruits. Just going to save up to pay for a refresher course and try TransAm again. Thank you guys and gals.

Once again...cypress.
kilikachille and Chinatown Thank this. -
I feel for you guys.
I prejudicedly judge the company put pressure on you to drive. When conditions weren't good. Just because the road was open. That doesn't mean it's ok to drive.Deere hunter and kilikachille Thank this. -
