I had heard that they were re-using truck numbers. But how can you tell that is a new number. When I was there, I knew some guys that had trucks numbered in the 4xx,xxx range, and lower.
But actually it doesn't matter as I wasn't really calling out LS. Just another example of what trucking has become. Probably should have skipped the picture with the truck number anyway.
Every company had some "ambassadors" that they could do without.

Is there a reason ...that most all Landstar trucks ...have the cheap stick on mailbox numbers from Walmart

You can definitely do your own graphics/numbers. I have never had the cheap ones on my truck. Dont like the look of them.
