What kind of shoes do you wear driving?

Strapless, backless, little black nothing number.

 

I prefer a light pair of lace up tennis shoes because they are more comfortable. Most days I wear CAT brand steel toes because of the short length of haul and the need to have them on while unloading my pneumatic tank. When I get something over a few hundred miles I put on my tennis shoes.

 

It depends on where I'm headed that day.

If it's a solid driving day, I'm in Merrel Moabs. I'll keep those on if I'm going to a dock that doesn't require work boots. Otherwise, I swap for PPE.
