Pay increase at CR England? How much?

cr england is a joke. dnt even waste your time, they barely raised the pay only by %2, they probably going to raise the insurance monthly cost later on. once they reel you in, thats when they’re going to reveal the new hidden policies

 

Where do you live? Cr England has a horrid rep

 

Don't consider CRST, either. Both Crusty and England have horrible reputations known nationwide and beyond.

Think of these two outfits as the trucking employment equivalent of McDonald's.

It's not enough to drive for CR England.

 

It never used to be that way when the original owner had it... used to be a really great company.

well my partner started at 23 cents. it's been a year and he's at .25. they told him at the end of his first year he gets a *bonus* half cent increase

 

I work for C R England, drive company truck, dedicated Georgia-Pacific West Coast fleet, get home regularly to Phoenix AZ, and get 50c/mi, every mile. Standard Health Insurance rates/coverage.
I worked for Werner 30yrs ago when CL was still around. Werner is all corporate now; drivers are numbers.
C R England is FAMILY owned, as it has for it's 100yrs in business.
Seems like C R England gets a bad rap, but in my 3yrs here, I've never had a problem, made $80k+ each year, and know I can talk directly to Chad England, CEO, at any time I request.
If you really want to know what company to drive for, ask drivers IN A TRUCK STOP, not on a forum where most posters are disgruntled former employees or people who have no clue and are just repeating rumors because they have never actually worked for the companies they complain about.
