If you are home then I can help you. This will take a few hours to resolve. BUT and a bit BUT,,, if you did a GPS Repair on your tablet and you have not updated yet, then the files in the server are newer and will not match your older files.

Go to RM Launcher and check for updates. If nothing...-

1. Go to setttings/apps/rm Services and clear data.
2. Go to File Manager/lower right/3 dots/settings/click on show hidden files and folders.
3. Hit back arrow.
4. click on SD Card and you should see .rm Services.
5. Delete .RM Services.
6. Go to RM Launcher and check for updates.

Updates
OS Flash
RM Services
Map Update (Complete)
2-3 more updates.

give it all about 3-5 hours for all this.

I need to know... did you register the tablet when you bought it and did you get an E-mail about two weeks ago letting you know of the map update?

What do i do if my gps constantly freezes mid route and cant find gps signal no matter what i do? Ive tried resetting it multiple times and still freezes on me and cant find gps signal?

 

Can't get any help from the people in support they barely speak English and ask the same question over and over with no help..
About to throw my $500 POS "investment for productivity" out the window, or use it for a wheel chock...
