    Wow ... $1,200 to $1,500 a month for insurance. Back in the day when I started with just 1 truck I was paying $345 a month for insurance.

    I'm at 1700/quarter for my policy with Daily. Reefer with reefer breakdown coverage as well. Policy is 8 years old now. Older truck and trailer. One claim four years ago. Policy still kept going down every year despite it. Started at 720/mo now down to under 600/mo. Vanishing deductible and I'll currently owe nothing for the next claim out of pocket.

    I used Golden insurance out of Southern California. It was maybe Fontana , Ontario , San Bernardino somewhere like that. Call them up and ask them. I can’t remember any specific names.
